Ebisu Sushi

The food is delicious, namely the beef Bulgogi sushi tacos.. that is a creative and yummy creation. My only critiques are that it is a little more pricer than other trains, and I found that both times I visited, there wasn't a great variety of sushi to choose from on the belt

Frequented regularly for work lunches. Best sushi train in the area. Food is top notch and the staff are lovely. Can't think of anywhere inside 10km that's better.

I had an amazing time at Ebisu Sushi is the place for you! The food was incredibly fresh — every plate that came around looked as good as it tasted. From perfectly sliced sashimi to creative rolls and torched aburi options, everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere really stood out — it felt like stepping into a little slice of Japan. The traditional decor, friendly staff, and soft Japanese music created a relaxing, authentic vibe that made the whole experience even better. I also appreciated how clean and well-organized everything was. The chefs were preparing dishes right in front of us, which added a nice touch of transparency and energy. If you’re a fan of sushi or just looking for a unique dining experience, I highly recommend checking this place out. I’ll definitely be back

If you love Sushi and Tacos... then you can't go past the sushi tacos. I have never come across them anywhere else, and my partner and I have gone back just for them many times as they are delicious. We have always been able to walk straight in without a booking. The service is fast and the staff are friendly.

For a cheap and relatively healthy meal in Mawson Lakes, Ebisu is a suitable Option. On Sunday afternoon, it was completely empty apart from us. The options on the train were fairly basic so we ordered from the menu and those plates were fresh, creative and fantastic

One of my favourite sushi trains around. The quality is always great and they are pretty fast if you order something. Good range of sushi and everything I’ve had is delicious.

Had some sushi there. Not bad. The store was almost full, and staff was busy. Sushi is neither $4.80 or $5.50. Second visit, Sukiyaki Beef Nabe Hotpot is great.
